We are a Burleson crew, not a franchise and not a call center. We measure your floor, show you the numbers, and fix what is actually wrong, whether that turns out to be a house full of piers or just a drain that needs digging.

What we do
Slabs, pier and beam, cracks, drainage. If it holds your house up, or moves water away from it, it is our kind of work.

Piers under the parts that sank, a careful lift, and readings afterward so you can see the floor came back.
Foundation repair →
For slabs that have settled or heaved, we lift, support, and document every crack before and after.
Slab repair →
We crawl under, replace what has rotted or failed, and level the floors you walk on every day.
Pier and beam →
First we find out why the crack opened. Then we stop the movement, and seal it up pretty.
Crack repair →
Room by room, we bring the house back to level and check it against the first set of readings.
House leveling →
New supports, sound beams and a sealed liner, so the space under your house stays dry and solid.
Crawl space →
A membrane on the wall and water steered away, so the soil pressed against your house stays put.
Waterproofing →
Most foundation trouble starts with water going the wrong way. We dig drains that send it the right way.
Drainage →Houses in Burleson talk, if you know how to listen. Here is what ours say before the problem gets expensive.
Any one of these can be nothing at all. A few together usually means the soil moved. The check is free, and if your house is fine, we will be the first to tell you.
The local dirt
Our black clay is famous for it. It swells when it rains and shrinks in the dry months, and it never moves evenly, which is when houses start to complain.
The clay soaks up the rain, swells, and nudges the slab up at the edges. Doors that stuck all summer free themselves.
The same clay dries out, shrinks back and pulls away from the slab, and the corners settle down into the gap it leaves.
We set piers below the layer that moves, so the seasons can do what they want and the house stays put through all of it.
How it works
A full elevation survey of your floors, free, with the readings written down for you to keep.
What moved, how far, and what we would do about it, with one written price and no pressure.
Piers in, house lifted, and a second survey afterward so you can compare the readings yourself.
A lifetime warranty that stays with the house and transfers free when you sell it.
When you call, we answer.
There is no marketplace in the middle and no stranger showing up in an unmarked truck. You call Chisholm Trail, and Chisholm Trail comes out. That is the whole arrangement.
We work where we live
Good questions
That depends on how many piers your house needs, and we will not guess at it over the phone. The evaluation is free, and you get one written price before any work begins.
Then we shake your hand and tell you so. We would rather you call us first the next time, and tell your neighbors why you did.
Most jobs run one to three days, and you do not have to move out while we work. We leave the yard the way we found it, minus the holes, which we fill.
It does, at no charge. The warranty stays with the house, and we keep your pier map and readings on file for the day you sell.
Plenty of times, yes. If water is the trouble, a french drain is the fix, and it costs far less than piers. We check where the water goes on every visit.
